Every Woman Conference: From Where I Stand

Friday, November 1, 7-9pm & Saturday, November 2, 9am-3pm

We have each been taught to see the world in a certain way. Then our own unique experiences have been added to the mix. Combine this with a culture that told us to “stand for something”, “be someone”, “use our voice”, and “speak your truth” and we are often unsure where to find our footing.

Yet, we are called to a higher stand.

Each of us is uniquely created with a purpose, centered with a powerful belonging, empowered with a divine calling, gifted a Godly inheritance, and established in righteousness. It is from this place we are empowered to stand. Our righteous inheritance should influence where and how we stand more than what we have been taught by culture and what our experiences have spoken to us. We have a great resource of power that God has readied for us.

Are we using it to infiltrate our own lives and influence those around us?

Join us for a weekend of dynamic worship, inspiring teaching, and practical breakout sessions that will meet you where you are in your stage of life.

Speaker

Kerry Cromwell is the Director of Women’s Ministry at Koinonia Church. God has given her a vision of uniting women in the community, regardless of background, life-stage, or church, and empowering them through Biblical truth to live out their Kingdom purpose and influence their world. “Every Woman” events are the physical aspect of that vision, with the hopes of drawing believers and unbelievers together to gain understanding of their identity, acceptance and love in Christ.

Kerry’s heart for the community translates to her new role as a Nurse Practitioner at the Complex Care Clinic, where she works with a multi-disciplinary team caring for some of our most medically challenged community members. Kerry and her husband, Andrew have been at Koinonia over 20 years and are currently enjoying that teen-life with their 4 children and all the adventure that brings!

Worship Leader

Amy Bettis is passionate about finding joy in the busyness of every day life. Whether she’s singing on stage, taking a spin class, responding to work emails, making dinner or dropping kids off at soccer practice; she believes that it is all worship to Jesus Christ.

Amy leads worship at her home church, New Live Church, in Colorado Springs. She works with Sally Clarkson at Whole Heart Ministries, a local non-profit business. Her position there has combined her desire to encourage moms globally, plan events and travel, all while spending the majority of her time with her husband and 3 beautiful children.
