• Responsibility: Come up with a design/plan and make sure it is executed

Décor Design

• Frequency:a few times a year
• Responsibility: Gather and produce décor
• Skill Set: Creativity and crafting skills

Stage Design/Construction

• Frequency: On call/Flexible
• Responsibility: Construct designs
• Skill Set: Wood working, Welding, Construction, Etc.

First Impressions

• Frequency: Serves once every 4 weeks on Sunday from 8am-12:45pm
• Responsibility: Takes care of practical matters within the service
• Skill Set:Pays attention to detail

Greeters

• Frequency: Serves once every 4 weeks on Sunday from 8am-12:45pm
• Responsibility: Greets people arriving at service both inside and outside.
• Skill set: Friendly but not over bearing

Guest Services

• Frequency: Serves once every 4 weeks on Sunday from 8am-12:45pm
• Responsibility: Answer questions and sign people up for events and activities
• Skill Set: Customer service

Café

• Frequency: Serves once/twice a month both services
• Responsibility: Café type activities like selling muffins and making coffee!
• Skill Set: Basic computer skills and customer service

Crossing Guard/Traffic Control/Parking

• Frequency: Serves once every 4 weeks on Sunday from 8am-12:45pm
• Responsibility: Directs traffic at the beginning/end of each service. Also, helps with parking on major events
• Skill Set: Be able to hold a stop sign and look commanding

Children's Ministry

• Frequency: Serves every other Sunday in one of the services
• Responsibility: Leads a class
• Skill Set: Love kids and be able to handle a classroom

Teacher Assistant

• Frequency: Serves every other Sunday in one of the services
• Responsibility: Assist a lead teacher in leading a class
• Skill Set: Love kids and be helpful

Preschool Prep

• Frequency: As needed but can be weekly
• Responsibility: Craft prep/take home work
• Skill Set: Must be able to use craft scissors and glue sticks

Drama Team

• Frequency: Seasonal
• Responsibility: Assist in leading practices and performances
• Skill Set: Must be able to wrangle kids with a smile

Craft Prep

• Frequency: As needed
• Responsibility: Help prepare crafts for kids
• Skill Set: Must be able to glue and use a pair of scissors

Check-In Team

• Frequency: Serves both services once every 3 weeks
• Responsibility: Working the check-in stations Sunday morning
• Skill Set: Basic customer service and computer skills

Jr High/Sr High Youth

• Frequency: Serves every other Sunday in one of the services
• Responsibility: Leads a class
• Skill Set: Love kids and be able to handle a classroom

Sound/Video Tech

• Frequency: Every/Every other Wednesday night 4:30pm-8:00pm
• Responsibility: Turn knobs and dials and make sound and video work
• Skill Set: Must be a bit of a techie geek

Drivers/Chaperones

• Frequency: As needed for events and activities
• Responsibility: Drive safely and/or provide basic security during events and activities
• Skill Set: Must be able to drive and not be afraid of teens

Youth Leader

• Frequency: Sunday mornings or Wednesday evenings
• Responsibility: Assist with Sunday morning or Wednesday evening youth group
• Skill Set: Must not be afraid of teens

Party4Life Chaperone

• Frequency: New Years Eve 8:00pm to New years Day 6:00am
• Responsibility: Assist with pulling off the best party of the year!
• Skill Set: Must be able to stay up all night long

Outreach

• Frequency: Wednesday and/or Friday 9am-2pm
• Responsibility: Sort, pack and distribute food to needy families
• Skill Set: Love people and be able to differentiate beans from corn

Redeemed Rides

• Frequency: Quarterly events on Saturdays
• Responsibility: Assist with bike repair or other kids activities during event
• Skill Set: Must be able to turn a wrench and smile at people

Samuel's House (Men's Recovery Home)

• Frequency: Flexible hours
• Responsibility: Help disciple Men
• Skill Set: Empathy and a listening ear

Jail Ministry

• Frequency: As needed
• Responsibility: Lead & participate in group bible studies.
• Skill Set: No training required, but will need to fill out an application and get a live scan done from the Sheriff's department.

• Responsibility: helping the center wherever they need you
• Skill Set: Empathy and listening ear

JOURNEYgroups

• Frequency: Host a group in your home, at the church or wherever at a time that works for you
• Responsibility: Facilitate discussion and lead times of prayer
• Skill Set: We will train you!

Production Team

• Frequency: Sunday services twice a month
• Responsibility: Operate a camera and provide video for both those in the service and those watching online
• Skill Set: A steady hand and a listening ear.

Director

• Frequency: Sunday services twice a month
• Responsibility:Direct video production
• Skill Set: Communicate well, see the big picture and operate under pressure

Graphics Operator

• Frequency: Sunday services twice a month
• Responsibility: Set the backgrounds for the service and coordinate with production
• Skill Set: Teachable and dependable. Creative eye is a plus

Worship

• Frequency: Sunday Services- twice a month
• Responsibility: Manage stage Lights throughout the services.
• Skill Set: Basic computer skills and eye for color and lighting

Vocalist

• Frequency: Sunday services- twice a month
• Responsibility:Provide vocals during worship services. Workshops and rehearsal attendance required.
• Skill Set: Be able to sing in key, hear parts, carry a melody, blend with vocal team and follow the leader.

Instrumentalist

• Frequency: Sunday services once to twice a month
• Responsibility:Provide music during worship services. Workshops and practice attendance required.
• Skill Set: Proficienlty play instrument, read chord charts, improvise, blend with a group, and follow leader .

Sound

• Frequency: Sunday services-twice a month
• Responsibility:Mix live sound and attend all rehearsals
• Skill Set: Previous experience helps but is not essential. Ability to hear and mix live sound. Technical experience helpful.

Stage Crew

• Frequency: Twice per month
• Responsibility: Setup/Tear down sound equipment, podium, etc prior to start and end of service/worship rehearsal
• Skill Set: no training necessary, will be provided. Must be able to lift 25-30 pounds

Recovery Groups

• Frequency: Weekly groups on Tuesdays or Wednesdays from 6-8pm.
• Responsibility: Facilitate/Co-Facilitate a group. Training required.
• Skill Set: Lead a group/Co-lead a group

Building & Grounds

• Frequency: Hours vary (Monday-Friday 8am-3pm)
• Responsibility: Assist in cleaning the inside of our facilities.
• Skill Set: Be able to clean!

Grounds/Yard Work

• Frequency: Hours vary (Monday-Friday 8am-3pm)
• Responsibility: Assist in beautifying our campus (e.g., mowing, edging, weeding, spraying, etc.)
• Skill Set: Be able to work outside.

General Repair

• Frequency: As needed.
• Responsibility: Assist in repairing and maintaining facilities.
• Skill Set: General handyman skills.

Set up/Tear down team

• Frequency: As needed
• Responsibility: Assist in resetting auditorium after events.
• Skill Set: Be able to move chairs and cleanup.

Office Administration & On call Serving Opportunities

• Frequency: Hours vary (Monday-Friday 8am-3pm)
• Responsibility: Assist with preparing large mailing jobs and other office work
• Skill Set: Be able to push paper!

On Call Volunteer

• Frequency: Hours vary
• Responsibility: Assist with events that are under staffed or events that need extra hands when you are available
• Skill Set: willing to help wherever

Koinonia Online

• Frequency: Serves one Sunday per Month from 08:50 -- 12:45
• Responsibility:Provide a welcoming voice in the chat room and receive prayer requests.
• Skill Set:Basic Computer skills. Friendly and encouraging.

Women's Ministry

• Frequency: Depends on your availability
• Responsibility: Willing to lead a women's group and/or help run events
• Skill Set: Willing to learn.

Men's Ministry

• Frequency: Depends on your availability
• Responsibility: Willing to lead a Men's group and/or help run events
• Skill Set: Willing to learn.

Spanish Church

• Frequency: Depends on your availability
• Responsibility: Many areas to serve
• Skill Set: One of the following but not limited to: Teachable, Instrumentalist, Vocals, Hospitality, Speaks Spanish
